10  STATISTICAL TECHNIQUES  統計技術

The Operator shall, where appropriate, evaluate and identify the need for the use of statistical techniques.

適當時，經營者應評估和識別使用統計技術的需求。

Where statistical techniques are applied, the need for these techniques shall be demonstrated.

對于應用了統計技術的地方，應證實確實需要這些技術。

The adequacy of these techniques shall be demonstrated:

使用這些技術的充分性應被證實：

a) standard error shall be calculated and documented; 標準誤差應被計算和記錄；

b) standard error must be of an appropriate level to sufficiently ensure feed safety;

標準誤差必須在一個適當的水平，以充分確保飼料安全；

c) data exceeding standard error and trends shall be monitored;

超過標準誤差數據和趨勢應被監測；

d) Corrective actions shall be specified in the event of a breach of error limits.

當超出誤差允許范圍的情況發生時，應明確指定相應的糾正措施。

?  An overview of each statistical method is available;

?  The applicability of methods is documented;

?  The Operator possesses the necessary statistical competencies;

     生產商擁有必要的統計能力；

?  Corrective actions are defined for results outside of the standard error.

     對于在標準誤差以外的結果，規定糾正措施。
